Xerox has been raising the bar for the competition more and more. They have lowered their prices for toners and raised the quality of the ink. I think they did this to be able to compete with the 3rd party dealers of refill kits. Also, not only have they come out with the solid ink technology but now they are coming close to releasing the the new self erasing paper in the near future.
